{"id":146,"date":"2017-08-09T14:35:27","date_gmt":"2017-08-09T11:35:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kolanosgb.com\/?p=146"},"modified":"2017-08-10T18:52:04","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T15:52:04","slug":"is-sagligi-ve-guvenligine-iliskin-isyeri-tehlike-siniflari-tebligi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kolanosgb.com\/?p=146","title":{"rendered":"\u0130\u015e SA\u011eLI\u011eI VE G\u00dcVENL\u0130\u011e\u0130NE \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130N \u0130\u015eYER\u0130 TEHL\u0130KE SINIFLARI TEBL\u0130\u011e\u0130"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><ins>01.02.2013 08:44<\/ins>TEBL\u0130\u011e<br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan:<br \/>\n\u0130\u015e SA\u011eLI\u011eI VE G\u00dcVENL\u0130\u011e\u0130NE \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130N \u0130\u015eYER\u0130 TEHL\u0130KE SINIFLARI TEBL\u0130\u011e\u0130<br \/>\nMADDE 1 \u2013 (1) 20\/6\/2012 tarihli ve 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 9 uncu maddesi uyar\u0131nca i\u015fyerlerinin i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehlike s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Ek-1\u2019de yer alan \u0130\u015fyeri Tehlike S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Listesinde belirtilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nMADDE 2 \u2013 (1) Tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n tespitinde bir i\u015fyerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen as\u0131l i\u015fin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<br \/>\n(2) \u0130\u015fveren as\u0131l i\u015f faaliyet de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini en ge\u00e7 bir ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bildirir.<br \/>\n(3) As\u0131l i\u015fin tayininde teredd\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi halinde i\u015fyerinin kurulu\u015f amac\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fyerinde birden fazla as\u0131l i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131na uygun faaliyetin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi halinde, bu i\u015flerden tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan i\u015f esas al\u0131n\u0131r. 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun i\u015fyeri tan\u0131m\u0131na giren i\u015fyerlerinde yap\u0131lan as\u0131l i\u015fin yan\u0131nda veya devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde faaliyet alan\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi halinde o i\u015fyerinde bu f\u0131krada esas al\u0131nan kurala g\u00f6re belirlenir.<br \/>\nMADDE 3 \u2013 (1) \u0130\u015fyeri tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na yap\u0131lan itirazlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca de\u011ferlendirilir. De\u011ferlendirme, Bakanl\u0131k tescil kay\u0131tlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ve i\u015fyerinin tesciline esas al\u0131nan as\u0131l i\u015f dikkate al\u0131narak sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n(2) Gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclmedik\u00e7e i\u015fyerlerinde yap\u0131lan as\u0131l i\u015fe ili\u015fkin inceleme yap\u0131lmaz.<br \/>\n(3) Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yap\u0131lan denetim ve incelemelerde i\u015fyerinde yap\u0131lan as\u0131l i\u015fin tescil kay\u0131tlar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde, denetim ve incelemeye ili\u015fkin kay\u0131tlar dikkate al\u0131narak i\u015fyeri tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 yeniden belirlenebilir.<br \/>\n(4) Al\u0131nan karar i\u015fyerine tebli\u011f edilir. Karar\u0131n i\u015fyerinin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olmas\u0131 halinde tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi i\u015f ve i\u015flemleri, i\u015fverenler 90 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yerine getirmek ve \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirmek zorundad\u0131r.<br \/>\n(5) \u0130\u015fyeri Tehlike S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Listesindeki faaliyet kodunun tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na ait itirazlardan, \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulacak Komisyonda al\u0131nacak karar sonucunda, itiraza ili\u015fkin faaliyet kodunun tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi halinde bu Tebli\u011fde gerekli de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nMADDE 4 \u2013 (1) 25\/11\/2009 tarihli ve 27417 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fine\u0130li\u015fkin Tehlike S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Listesi Tebli\u011fi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nMADDE 5 \u2013 (1) Bu Tebli\u011f yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<br \/>\nMADDE 6 \u2013 (1) Bu Tebli\u011f h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakan\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"http:\/\/kolanosgb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/isyeri-tehlike-siniflari-listesi.xls\">Tehlike s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 listesini indirmek i\u00e7in t\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>01.02.2013 08:44TEBL\u0130\u011e \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan: \u0130\u015e SA\u011eLI\u011eI VE G\u00dcVENL\u0130\u011e\u0130NE \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130N \u0130\u015eYER\u0130 TEHL\u0130KE SINIFLARI TEBL\u0130\u011e\u0130 MADDE 1 \u2013 (1) 20\/6\/2012 tarihli ve 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 9 uncu maddesi uyar\u0131nca i\u015fyerlerinin i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehlike s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Ek-1\u2019de yer alan \u0130\u015fyeri Tehlike S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 Listesinde belirtilmi\u015ftir.
